1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Naked Wines Australia (Promoter) "Win the ultimate behind the scenes wine experience”competition.

2. Information on how to enter and the Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Entry into the Competition is only open to Australian residents of NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, TAS, WA & QLD.

5. Entrants must be residing in Australia in an Eligible State listed above at the time of entry, or their entry may be deemed invalid.

6. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older with one (1) entry per person permitted.

7. Employees, suppliers and contractors of Naked Wines Australia and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

8. The Promotion commences on Friday, 6 November 2020 at 12:00 AEST and closes on Sunday, 6 December 2020 at 12:00 AEST.

To participate in the Competition entrants must go to the entry page - nakedwines.com.au/10play and submit their details including but not limited to full name, date of birth, email address, residential address and contact number.

10. Limit of one (1) entry per entrant applies

11. An entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.

12. Entries must be received by Sunday, 6 December 2020 at 23:59 AEST to be included in the Prize Draw.

13.The Prize Draw will be held on Tuesday, 8 December 2020 at 16:00 AEST at Telads Australia Pty Ltd, 123 Margaret St Toowoomba QLD 4350, Australia.

14. The Major Prize Winners will be notified by a phone call within two (2) days of the draw and in writing using the email address provided on their submitted entry. The Winner’s details will be published on the competition page (nakedwines.com.au/10play) from Thursday, 10 December 2020.

15. Entries will be deemed to have been received by Naked Wines Australia at the time of receipt into the Naked Wines Australia database and not at the time of submission. Naked Wines Australia accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

16.Eligible Entrants can only submit one (1) entry. Additional entries will not be considered. If more than one (1) entry is received as determined by entry details, then the first entry received is valid and any subsequent entry received may be disqualified from the competition.

17. Naked Wines Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Error and omissions will be accepted at Naked Wines Australia discretion. Failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

18. There will be Six (6) Major Prize Winners drawn from all entries received (Online). There will be one winner from each of the following States and Territories - NSW and ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, WA and QLD.

19. The total Prize Pool is valued at $10,500 (including GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.

20. All prizes are non-transferrable. Prizes must be taken as offered. No cash alternative is available for any prize. Any prize, unused portion of any prize, or portion of the prize Winner is not entitled to, are not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. Prize values are in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.

21. Major Prize Winners will have 12 months from Tuesday, 8 December 2020 to redeem their prize. Blackout periods will apply.

22. If for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take an element of the Major Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Major Prize will be forfeited by the Winner.

23.Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are not included. These are the responsibility of the Winner.

24. If a prize is unclaimed by the prize winner by 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 15 December 2020 a redraw will take place for the appropriate state prize. If the prize remains unclaimed by the redraw winner by 11.59pm AEST on 22 December 2020 we will deem the prize forfeited.

25.The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter-into correspondence regarding the Promotion result.

26. If the Prize Winner/s does not provide proof of meeting the eligibility and valid entry requirements after notification of winning, the Prize/s will be forfeited in full, and the Winner/s will have no further claim. A re-draw will be held to award the Prize/s to the next valid entrant/s for the relevant Eligible State.

27. Personal information about all prize Winners will be used and disclosed to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to the prize Winners.

28. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this Promotion and to administer it. The Promoter may use your personal information of promotional and marketing activity in the future.

29. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entering the competition or any prize/s.

30. By accepting the prize, the Winners agree to participate in and cooperate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize. Naked Wines Australia’s Privacy policy sets out how you can access or correct your personal information and how you can complain about a breach of privacy. 31. Naked Wines Australia is not responsible for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, or use of the prize. If such problems arise, then Naked Wines Australia may modify the Competition.
