Market Price
Angels save money compared to Market Price...
Our market price is what you’d actually have to pay for this wine at an old-fashioned retail store.
It’s based on the price of similarly rated benchmark bottles on the market.
We test these market prices every vintage with blind tasting panels, to make sure they’re honest and accurate.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Angel Price, we’ll add a credit to your account.

About the wine
Rich, full-bodied gold medal red from the best VIC vineyards
-
This wine comes from Jen’s favourite vineyards in Great Western, Nagambie and Heathcote. Add a generous sprinkling of her meticulous winemaking and up to 16 months in American and French oak and you have this deep, dark and decadent drop.
-
This is her ultimate expression of that quintessentially Aussie varietal. Swill it round your glass to set free its ripe red and black berry scent with warm spice undertones. Then tuck into the powerful fruity flavours and a long savoury finish that’ll leave you begging for more. No wonder it took out a gold medal at the Rutherglen Wine show.
- When a winemaker you love makes a wine style they love, it’s time to get excited. From the hillside to the winery and into the bottle, it’s been given all the love and care in the world. What amazing value for money!
Best before
My Diamond Shiraz is a superb drink now and will certainly delight if matured for ten years until 2033.
Serving advice
My Diamond Shiraz really does shine when given some time to breathe.
I recommend opening it (and decanting if possible) around 2 hours prior to serving.
My ideal serving temperature for this wine is 14-18°C.
Food match
I love my 2023 Diamond Shiraz with roast leg of lamb with all the trimmings, pumpkin and chickpea curry, or char-grilled beef satay sticks.

Meet the winemaker - Jen Pfeiffer
- With the help of funding from Naked Wines, Jen is making wines the way she wants. This is a huge win for all involved, since Jen took home the Wine Society's Young Winemaker of the Year Sommelier's Choice Award in 2009!
- One of Jen's favourite things about being a Naked winemaker is chatting with you, the people who drink her wines. So go ahead! Ask her anything.
- Before she made wines for Naked, Jen earned her family's winery a 5 Star rating from James Halliday and her meticulous approach ensures she will bring the very best out of all the grapes that she works with.
