Andevine Hilltops Shiraz Grenache 2016
About the wine
Intense florals, newly Naked
- Red lovers stop here! Andrew brings a brand new addition to his beloved range of Andevine wines. His Shiraz Grenache blend is packed with approachable dry juicy fruit layers and aromas that will send you into a spin.
- Grenache was the natural next step in Andrew's band of easy drinking wines from the diverse regions of NSW. Oak treatment was quite deft and delicate with spicy, fresh oak types used. Wines previously sourced from this vineyard have retailed at over $25 per bottle, the bang for your Angel buck is undeniable!
- The addition of Grenache to Shiraz adds a moreish softness to the mouthfeel, while unique floral and red fruit notes add complexity to both the palate and the nose. In short, this is the perfect wine to enjoy as the weather cools down and your desire for a warming glass of red heats up...
