Brewery Hill Jacko's Leap Savagnin 2013
About the wine
.
- A refreshing light bodied white wine... Savagnin is virtually unheard of outside of a small region in France. A varietal that is very hard to pronounce but delicious to drink.
- Crushed green apples jump out of the glass and hit the palate, along with loads of citrus, racy acidity that gives length and substance.
- Wondering what this is like? Perhaps best described as a hyrbid of riesling and sauvignon blanc with lovely citrus, lemon and lime flavours.
