By Tapi Marlborough Chardonnay 2018
About the wine
A Chardonnay with a difference
The family vineyard lies in the beautiful Wairau valley in Marlborough. It's in its first year of its organic conversion so your're getting an organically grown Chardonnay for a conventional price.
Blending Chardonnay with a smidgen of Viognier (5%) gives the wine a lovely apricot character. Be prepared for fresh and flavourful mouthfulls of lemony peach with an apricot hit and a side order of toasted biccies!
Chardonnay with Viognier is quite unique. Chardonnay and Viognier from the same vineyard is even rarer still. Just for you!
