Cape Bernier Tasmanian Chardonnay Pinot Noir 2015
About the wine
Premium vintage Tasmanian sparkling, made just like Champagne!
- Now here’s a beautiful example of an Aussie Methode Traditionelle sparkling wine. The Cape Bernier Vineyard site is similar in climate to the Champagne region in France and a perfect location for making premium bubbles.
- The best grapes from a single-vineyard have become a fine bottle-aged, vintage sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir, crafted in the centuries-old, time-honoured, traditional method. Enjoy how its delicious fresh fruit characters mingle with delicate, crisp acidity and the smoothest of creamy bubbles - truly sensational.
- Tasmania is fast becoming one of the most widely recognised regions for premium sparkling wine outside of Champagne. And you can get your hands on top notch ones like this at insider prices!
