About the wine
A touch of class
The all star dream team of Caroline Dunn and Nigel Dolan are back with their latest show stopping red!
Bursting with juicy mulberry, black cherry and blackberry characters with a touch of Cabernet leafiness and a telltale hint of regional eucalyptus. A soft tannin finish with plenty of lingering, mouthwatering flavour.
A soft plush lush red that punches well above its weight. It won’t be around for long!

Enjoyable on release or will gain further complexity with careful short term cellaring.
Serving advice
While not essential, allowing it to breathe for 30 minutes before drinking will more fully express its natural fruit character. Serve at room temperature, or in warm weather allow to chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Food match
Great with barbecued rib-eye with crispy rosemary potatoes, pepperoni pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, or grilled lamb cutlets with fresh mint sauce.

There is probably not a red wine Trophy in major Australian shows that Nigel’s wines have not won at least once, including the mighty Stodart Trophy three times, the Jimmy Watson Trophy twice, in addition to being named South Australian Winemaker of the Year, Barossa Winemaker of the Year and Winestate Australian Winemaker of the Year.
