James-Paul’s returns with his finest vintage ever! During the hustle and bustle of vintage last year, he welcomed his daughter Jacqueline into the world. To commemorate the happiest day of his life, he’s named this exceptional Rose - ‘Jacqueline’.

James-Paul Marin has crafted a serious Rosé in the French Provencal style: elegant, floral and dry with a mix of wild flowers and dried herbs all balanced by a zesty crisp acidity. Not your typical sweet Australian Rosé!

This Rose blend of 95% Pinot Grigio, and 5% Pinot Noir has made a stunningly unique, fresh, fruit-driven Summer thirst-quencher!

This wine is quite delicate, so don't over-chill.
Food match
Frosé (ie: frozen Rosé) Recipe! As the days get hotter, what better way to enjoy my Enfant Terrible Jacqueline Rosé, than as a Frosé Ice block!
Ingredients
½ cup coconut milk
4 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
½ bottle of Enfant Terrible Jacqueline Rosé
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
½ teaspoon raspberry extract or raspberry liqueur
1 teaspoon lime zest
½ cup of blueberries
Instructions
Mix coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of the sugar and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until well blended. Divide mixture between 10 ice block moulds (available at Kmart!) and freeze for 1 hour or until firm but not hard. Meanwhile, place wine, strawberries, remaining tablespoon of sugar and extracts in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over frozen coconut milk layer in each ice block mould. Top with blueberries. Place the stick in and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Without being tied to one location, he’s able to select premium fruit that ensures every Enfant Terrible drop reflects the best that its vintage has to offer.
- As environmental advocate, JP handcrafts his wines using minimal intervention and sustainable techniques. Through SeedTheChange, he plants a tree for every case of wine sold – a mission that’s brilliant for Angels and for the Earth!
