With some serious Victorian vineyard pedigree, diligent winemaking and 12 months on oak, Jen's Rebel Cabernet Shiraz is an absolute steal.
A delicious marriage of two classic Aussie grapes, this blackberry and plummy number is incredibly well balanced, with lovely herb and toasty notes. It’s almost impossible not to reach for a second glass…
Oh, and our tip? Grab a few while you can. This wine is in limited supply - who knows if she will ever make it again?

My Rebel Cabernet Shiraz is deliciously drinkable now, and will also mature in the short term until 2024.
Serving advice
I recommend opening and decanting or allowing the wine to breathe for 1-2 hours prior to serving. The ideal serving temperature is 14-18C
Food match
My Rebel Cabernet Shiraz is perfect with Greek-style barbecued lamb, served with grilled vegetables. It is also wonderful with home-made eggplant and zucchini lasagne, or a simple plate of bangers and mash.
