Best before
My Rebel Riesling is so very hard to resist now, with its fresh and lively fruit flavours. However, it will continue to evolve and change with bottle ageing until 2025, where it will develop more colour, complex citrus and toasty flavours and a fuller palate.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my Rebel Riesling at around 8-10C (just let it warm a little from the fridge) in the cooler months, and straight from the fridge or ice bucket in the heat of summer.
Food match
You simply can't beat my Rebel Riesling with a Thai inspired green curry.
It is also a family favourite with pan fried flathead fillets, served with Asian coleslaw and twice cooked chips.
