About the wine
A WA beauty
- Nigel has crafted a beauty white wine for Angels! This is a very complex wine with layers of flavours, concentration and texture.
- Aromas of candy floss, green pea and passionfruit are interlaced with a barrel ferment complexity. The intense fruit palate retains all these characters with the barrel portion adding structure, more layers and enhancing the full body and very long finish.
