Single vineyard lusciousness from the pristine Adelaide Hills - a world renowned spot for top Aussie Savvy B. The climate and Randal's attention to the vineyard has produced exceptional quality fruit.
Each was row harvested separately in the cool early morning to lock in the pure fruit flavours. This is a wine that has a real presence and sense of place and even improves with age!
Let its enticing passionfruit, lime and fresh snow pea invite you to dive into its concentrated flavours with a tropical flourish to finish. A classic Savvy Blanc with a delicate minerality, crisp acidity and long finish.

Meet the winemaker - Randal Tomich
- Randal knows a thing or two about fine wine - his family has been growing perfect grapes and creating superb wines for three generations. He approaches each of his pristine single vineyard creations with a love and understanding of the land.
- Randal's passion and fascination with all things vinous is legendary. Recognised as a leading advocate for sustainable vineyard development both here and overseas, he’s helped plant some of the best vineyards in Australia using his unique ‘ripper’ technique (a way of getting oxygen deep into the earth).
- With a Halliday 4 Star winery and a shed load of medals to his name, Randal has been showing his skills as both a winegrower and a winemaker to delighted Angels since 2017.
