Special release top notch Yarra Valley Shiraz
- This exclusive top shelf red has been created to celebrate the Santolin’s 10-year anniversary with Naked Wines. Made with fruit from local growers, it’s a big juicy thank you for supporting not just Adrian & Rebecca, but their whole wine community since the beginning.
- Their signature light touch winemaking has locked the Yarra Valley inside every drop. Whole berry wild ferment (the yeast was on the grapes) has been followed by ageing in 100% French oak barrels for 12 months.
- This is an elegant and prized example of cool climate Shiraz. Packed with delicious of dark fruits and hints of spice and violet, it’s like will not be seen again and unique to Naked.

Will age well in cellar conditions for 5-10 years.
Serving advice
Allow this wine at least 30-60 minutes breathing time before serving to give it time to open up and bring it all back into balance.

A stunning, rare and unique wine such as this deserves only the best food pairing, and this wine is the perfect match to a 6 hour, slow braised beef cheek served on a bed of creamy truffle mash, or try a pappardelle with mushroom ragu for a wonderful vegetarian pairing.
