Racy, spicy and a little bit luscious
- The one and only Et Al. is back! The Smalls have chosen to blend Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc in order to chase down their dream of making a wine that is truly representative of their beloved home in the Marlborough. The two varietals were managed according to organic principals and independently accredited as organic, then harvested and fermented together. It's been a blend from day dot!
- Bill & Claudia love the freedom of creating blends, as they have less baggage of strict grape varietal expectations. Taking on their Angel feedback (big thanks to YOU), the Smalls have gone for a more elegant structure style this year. There's more crispness and less sweetness, but still with lovely intense flavours of ginger and green apple and pear.
- This is the perfect white to keep as a standby for those asian takeaway nights, and far better value that the house white at your local! This wine proves that the Marlborough is a prime region for cool climate varietals other than Sauvignon Blanc. With enough quality to age, it's a white as unique as a snowflake! Get your hands on a few bottles before this precious gem is all gone.

Meet the winemaker - Bill & Claudia Small
Bill (the winemaker) and Claudia (the viticulturist) embody the down-to-earth family spirit that has driven Naked from the word go. After travelling and making wines around the world for others, getting Naked meant the intrepid couple could finally make their own wine.
They love nothing more than creating the wines they want to make — without the compromise of working for a big corporation or the struggle of being too small. And that includes introducing Angels to the joys of Marlborough wine. Truthful and fun feedback from Angels is a huge thrill for the pair and allows them to tailor each vintage and explore new gems along the way.
The Small's passionate work ethic combined with Angel backing allowed the pair to become their own bosses. Strong relationships with growers of the best local fruit ensures consistently excellent drops, and in 2018 they realised their dream to buy their own vineyard.
