- This wine will draw you in with its ruby red and vibrant cherry purple hues that will keep you holding on well after the glass is finished. The last vintage scored a whopping 88% so this wine will fly out the door!
- The nose is welcoming with delicate cheery fruits and earthy characters with undertones of sweet berries to get the taste buds excited..!
- The Wiley Rooster Merlot carries a medium body on the palate with sweet fruit and dark black forest fruit characters with soft tannins and fresh acidity. It will only get better with age so buy one now and then buy another to cellar for 3-9 years!

Meet the winemaker - Thomas Hordern
- Born into a winemaking family, Thomas has been up to his ears in grape juice all his life and active in the business for over 15 years. His intimate knowledge of the Hunter grape growing region is next level.
- His true passion, and lifelong dream, was one day to summon up the courage to go 100% Naked. He instinctively believed there had to be a better way than slogging away working for the ‘man’.
- When his day job came to a halt, Angel funding came to the rescue and Thomas is now fully Naked and fully focused on crafting thousands of cases of Angel-exclusive Wiley Rooster NSW deliciousness.
