- Another instalment of Andrew's gorgeous Semillon has landed at Naked HQ! It is light and easy drinking yet has a seriously tantalising structure. Years of experience in the region has led Andrew to pick the quality fruit based on acidity rather than sugar levels. This makes vibrancy last, providing a platform for minimal winemaking intervention and allowing the natural flavours to shine through.
- This crisp, clean unoaked style of wine is low in alcohol with fresh citrus flavours - great on its own or magical with seafood or light cheeses.
- The fruit comes from a beautiful site in the Hunter Valley on an Eastern facing slope packed with rich red loam soil and protected from the harsh afternoon sun. This perfect aspect allows the vines and fruit to cool in the late afternoon to help retain nutrients. The perfect foundation for cracking Semillon (psst.. its world renowned as a leading Hunter varietal!)

Safe to cellar for 5-10 years, but as always check in regularly on a bottle to ensure that you enjoy it when you love it!
Serving advice
Often and with good friends! Chilled but not ice cold, leave the cap off if intending to share the whole bottle to allow the wine to keep evolving during the session.
Food match
Port Stephens Oysters, just sprinkle a dash of Semillon straight from the bottle onto the oyster immediately before eating.

- Our first Hunter Valley winemaker, Andrew is crafting delicate and perfumed wines from prime vineyards in the Hunter Valley and the diverse regions of NSW
- Over 25 vintages, Andrew made wines for some of Australia's oldest and most prestigious wineries. His experience making internationally multi-award winning wines has connected him with dedicated growers that share his passion for wines that typify the styles best reflective of the region.
- Andrew has quit his regular job, leased a winery and gone it alone. He would not have been able to do this without the support of the Naked Angels.
