A sparkling pink diamond!
- Sourced from deep in Victoria’s King Valley from some of the highest altitude vineyards in Australia. Perfect for cool-climate sparkling like this!
- Pink diamond in colour, the wine carries a hint of strawberries, raspberries and crisp Granny Smith apple with a gentle fizz and a long finish. The lower alcohol and delicate aromatics make it a perfect aperitvo, food pairing option, or party wine.
- What makes it pink? Towards the end of fermentation, Paul adds a touch of Barbera wine which gives the wine its beautiful blush colour!

Enjoy in a tulip or white wine glass to fully explore the depth of aroma and flavor. Serve at 4-6 degrees. Drink now!
Food match
Lower pH wines have higher acidity, which gives them the power to cut through rich sauces while complementing lighter fare like fresh salads, sushi, soft cheese or seafood. The dry acidity of sparkling rosé helps it pair especially well with greasy, fatty, fried and spicy dishes. Yum!

Meet the winemaker - Paul Nelson
Growing up on a vineyard, Paul thought was destined to be a grower, but a study trip to France changed all that. The history, passion and romance of winemaking lit a fire in his belly and he changed course. A winemaking degree and vintages around the world followed, as he honed his delicious craft.
In 2009, he took the leap out on his own, and within 4 years had bought the oldest winery in Denmark, WA. His sublime wines raised eyebrows in esteemed wine circles and earned him a Top 10 Best New Wineries listing. But his volumes were small - he needed more grapes and a bigger audience. In short, he needed Naked Wines.
And so in 2015, Paul came on board and went from producing just 40 cases of sensational handmade wine to thousands as Angels clamoured for more. He’s now grown big enough to add one of the oldest vineyards in Mt Barker to his fold (signalling more Nelson goodies to come!).
