- Handpicked, fermented as small parcels and plunged manually all the way from the sub-region Willyabrup in Margaret River
- A heavenly aroma of cassis & blueberry are accentuated by notes of plum, black olive, Fresh tobacco leaf and cocoa notes
- The palate brings your taste buds complex and velvet textures with fruit and savoury notes; all balanced by a seamless finish or ripe tannins with French Oak making it perfect to eat with 'gamey' meats or strong cheese.
