- Perfect with the tastiest Prosciutto, grilled haloumi, a platter of hard cheeses and pickles.
Best before
Up to 10 years in the cellar will make this wine some very interesting drinking, with youthful tannins softening and allowing the rich fruit to shine more.
Serving advice
Decant for half an hour to open up the fine texture.
Food match
Rich pastas with hearty meat or tomato sauces would go a treat, or you could match almost any pizza to this.
