About the wine

- Preservative free wine is wine that does not contain any added sulphur dioxide, which is the preservative normally used - so you won’t see any reference to ‘sulphites’ or ‘preservative 220’ on the back of Jock’s preservative free Shiraz.
- Get ready for a typically intense-flavoured McLaren Vale Shiraz - upfront fresh jubey dark berry fruits mingle seamlessly with a whisper of spicy oak and a beautiful looong finish.
- This delicious shiraz is just so damn gluggable and also perfect when ever-so-slightly chilled and matched with a rich seafood marinara pasta - and loads of crusty bread to mop up the plate!

I wouldn't age it - I'd drink it young and fresh. I'd also consider keeping a few bottles in the fridge and drinking it on a warm day.

- An incredible character from South Australia, Jock's wine speaks volumes of his skills and passion for the land.
- Hooked on the buzz of creativity and working with Mother Nature, he loves that no two days are the same when producing Brewery Hill wines!
- Angel funding has given Jock winemaking autonomy, allowing him the freedom to move from vineyard to cellar to business work as necessary. He can now prioritise the quality of treatment given to each new parcel of grapes without excessive market pressures, ensuring a delicious wine for any Angel's glass every time!
