Punching well above its weight
- The all-star dream team of Caroline Dunn and Nigel Dolan give us another show stopping red!
Bursting with juicy mulberry, black cherry and blackberry characters with a touch of Cabernet leafiness and a telltale hint of regional eucalyptus. A silky soft tannin finish with plenty of lingering, mouthwatering flavour.
A soft plush lush red that punches well above its weight. It won’t be around for long!

Enjoyable on release or will gain further complexity with careful short term cellaring.
Serving advice
While not essential, allowing it to breathe for 30 minutes before drinking will more fully express its natural fruit character. Serve at room temperature, or in warm weather allow to chill for 20-30 minutes in the fridge

- Caroline is joined by long time friend and wine-genius-superstar, Nigel Dolan. There is probably not a red wine Trophy in major Australian shows that Nigel’s wines have not won at least once, including the mighty Stodart Trophy three times, the Jimmy Watson Trophy twice, in addition to being named South Australian Winemaker of the Year, Barossa Winemaker of the Year and Winestate Australian Winemaker of the Year.
