About the wine
The fun red wine is back!
- If you could put a price tag on fun, Stuart's latest HB Shiraz would be worth a million bucks! Designed to be drunk today, it is brimming with sheer drinkability and summer berries.
- As you fill your glass, the intense purple and red hues of this wine will be something to behold! Ripe mulberries, plums and notes of spice and liquorice all combine to provide beautifully lifted and extremely tempting aromas.
- Stuart put 4% Grenache in the mix to soften the edge of the brooding cherry and plum layers. With a juicy mid palate and soft tannins, there is a high chance you have just found your new go-to refreshing summer red!

Ready to drink now, but if you do manage to hide a few bottles in the cellar, 2-5 years will allow layers to develop and make for a very interesting wine.
Serving advice
This is a juicy fun wine to drink, so no opening rituals are required. If it is accompanying your lunch on a warm summers day, be a rebel and have the wine slightly chilled - you'll be pleasantly surprised!

This is a great food wine! Try one of Stuart's suggestions: fresh oysters, Croque-monsieur, lentil soup or Thai beef lettuce wraps.

Meet the winemaker - Stuart Pym
Stuart’s winemaking career is the stuff of legend. First bitten by the bug at his parents' little winery in Margaret River, he went on to make wines in the Yarra Valley, Geelong and Bordeaux, and study in Tuscany, Piedmonte, Burgundy, the Loire, Rioja and Priorat. So you could say he has a fair bit of experience!
He's been crafting wine in Margaret River for over 30 years now and helped put iconic wineries like Voyager Estate, Devils Lair, Stella Bella and Flowstone firmly on the map. There's nothing he loves more than growing grapes and making wine. And he's very good at it.
With the support of Naked Angels, Stuart has rediscovered his passion for hands-on production. His label, 'Hearts and Bones' tells a story of Margaret River and celebrates the Naked Angels that paved the way for him to make wine just the way he likes it.
