About the wine
A merlot with muscle
- This Merlot is given the Rolls Royce treatment in the winery... the fruit is handpicked, fermented in open vats with hand plunging & 30% fermented in brand new french oak barrels.
- It's a merlot with muscle, with rich and juicy red berry and cherry fruit, and a long fine tannin structure giving power and strength. Jen thinks this could be the merlot to convert the shiraz drinker!
- Jen's Diamond range is her best of the best. Without your funding she would not have been able to pick the best grapes and the best techniques for this wine!

Meet the winemaker - Jen Pfeiffer
