My Hero Pinot Grigio is so fresh and vibrant now, it is the perfect crisp white if thatÂ’s your thing. However, it will drink beautifully over the next 6 years to 2025, becoming softer and fuller over time.
Serving advice
I recommend opening this wine straight from the fridge in the warmer months, and just letting it warm up a little to around 8-10C in the cooler months.
Food match
My Hero Pinot Grigio 2019 is just perfect with a smoked salmon pasta, with peas and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. It is also great with a spinach, ricotta and artichoke pizza, with lemon wedges and toasted pine nuts.
