My Hero Pinot Grigio is deeeee-licious now, but can also be enjoyed until 2026 for a fuller, richer flavour.

I recommend serving my Hero Pinot Grigio with just the chill taken out of it, so around 8-10C.

My Hero Pinot Grigio is very versatile, being a great partner to most savoury vegetarian and seafood dishes.
I think my 2021 vintage is particularly suited to a plate of steamed mussels, cooked in a dash of white wine (my Hero PG of course); or a slow roasted cauliflower rubbed with Moroccan spices.
