My Hero Pinot Grigio is so fresh and vibrant now, it is the perfect crisp white if that's your thing. However, it will drink beautifully over the next 6 years to 2028, becoming softer and fuller over time.
Serving advice
I recommend opening this wine straight from the fridge in the warmer months, and just letting it warm up a little to around 8-10 degrees in the cooler months.
Food match
My Hero Pinot Grigio is very versatile, being a great partner to most vegetarian, seafood and white meat dishes. It's fabulous with sushi and sashimi, pork gyoza or a pear, walnut and goat's cheese salad.
