About the wine
Fruity, light and crisp
- Hailing from sustainably managed vineyards on sensational soils, and basking in a coastal climate that’s perfect for quality cooler climate varietals like Pinot Gris.
- Carefully selected grapes from low yielding vines have been blended together with lashings of love to form this delicious dance of two regions. A touch of oak completes the picture!
- With tropical fruit layers and hints of lemon curd, spiced pear and florals, it's like drinking summer out of a glass. If you’re looking for a change from Sav Blanc give it a crack.
Best before
This wine will drink fresh and crisp now but will evolve into a much more tertiary and complex style if left in the bottle over the next two years (that little bit of oak can work wonders).

ChillÂ…Find that perfect warm spot (perhaps down the beach with the sand between your toes), relax, breath in Â…. chill with said wine and drink it in!

Meet the winemaker - Derek Hooper
Hooper & Co’s wines echo the pristine land they come from, the local community and pushing wine boundaries (Derek’s speciality!)
Derek’s son, Harry, splits his time between winemaking and brewing. Daughter Grace is already elbow deep in grape juice, and Daisy is a marketing specialist in the industry.
From father Kym’s first vineyard back in 1992, through Derek, to his fresh-faced, eager charges, they are one of the new families of wine. And they’re out to stir up your palate with fantastic drops with sustainability at their core.
