Perhaps not local, But a favourite pairing of mine is Xiao Long Bao dumplings.. if you live in Sydney, Din Tai Fung's Xiao Long Bao are some of the best.

Meet the winemaker - Andrew & Jamie Pike
The Pikes have been growing grapes and making wine in the Clare Valley since 1984, although the family was woven into the South Australian wine industry well before then. Ever popular with Aussie wine lovers, their winery scooped up the Halliday "People's Choice" award for both 2022 AND 2023!
Since those early days, renowned viticulturist Andrew and his family have built the business into an enviable Halliday 5-star winery. Their celebrated range of wines are critically acclaimed and have won a couple of ’best in show’ trophies over the years.
