Pour yourself a vibrant purple glassful of this generous and aromatic red. Packed full of red and dark berries and enticing spices, it brings a hint of toasty oak along for the ride, and leaves a long, satisfying finish.
Handcrafted with their trademark passion and barrels of laughter, this bumper bottle is dedicated to the wonderful Angels of Naked Wines and all the wines they make possible.

While absolutely delicious now, this BIG bottle can be matured for around 6-7 years until 2027-2028Â…..but seriously, why wait that long?????
Serving advice
We recommend decanting or opening and allowing to breathe for 1-2 hours prior to serving with a big group of friends and/or family.
Ideal serving temperature is 14-18C.
Food match
The Rebel Effect Shiraz just loves being paired with red meat dishesÂ…..try it with your preferred steak cut, barbequed to your liking and served with a medley of grilled vegetables; or a rack of lamb with roasted veggies. It can also handle a bit of heat in the kitchen, and is a great partner to a spicy potato and chickpea curry or a spicy tomato based pasta dish.
But most importantly, enjoy it with the people you love!

Meet the winemaker - Sam Plunkett
- Winemaking legend Sam sources grapes from the family vineyard in the Strathbogie ranges of Central Victoria. Winemakers don't come much more in love with their job than him - he'd "happily spend everyday around tanks, barrels, stainless steel toys and wine".
He’s had a meteoric rise from self-taught winemaker to a multi award-winner and even has his own cellar door now! His winery was recently recognised as one of the Top 10 Dark Horse wineries in James Halliday's 2021 Awards.
The backing of thousands of Naked Angels has helped pave the way for Sam to continue making the great wine he loves, exclusively for you!
