About the wine
The perfect dinner companion
- This wine is loaded with dark fruits, smooth tannins and a healthy dose of smile-inducing wow factor. Having seen 50% new and 50% three year old French oak, the bang for buck is simply irresistible!
- Thomas pours his passion into crafting his own wines and championing NSW wines on the larger stage - and why not with access to such pristine cool climate fruit, which he has used to craft this gorgeous Cab. It displays balanced acidity and a rich, smooth, fruity mid-palate.
- Orange was once little known for wine and has recently gained huge notoriety among winemaking circles, thanks to the influx of trend setting, fragrant cool climate loving winos all around Australia. Get in on this scrumptious red wine while it's still here!

Simply open and enjoy! It can breathe for a 20-30 minutes if required but the main focus is to open in good company.

Meet the winemaker - Thomas Hordern
- Born into a winemaking family, Thomas has been up to his ears in grape juice all his life and active in the business for over 15 years. His intimate knowledge of the Hunter grape growing region is next level.
- His true passion, and lifelong dream, was one day to summon up the courage to go 100% Naked. He instinctively believed there had to be a better way than slogging away working for the ‘man’.
- When his day job came to a halt, Angel funding came to the rescue and Thomas is now fully Naked and fully focused on crafting thousands of cases of Angel-exclusive Wiley Rooster NSW deliciousness.
