About the wine
An elegant drop from VICs great Shiraz regions
- Skilfully made with grapes from two distinctly different vineyards - Nina’s family vineyard in Central VIC and another one in Heathcote - to give the wine layers of flavour. Matured in French oak barrels for 8 months.
- Open a bottle and set free its dark cherry berry crumble flavours with a sprinking of dark chocolate and sage. Mouthwatering tannins and a long silky finish will tempt you in for another sip!
- An excellent example of a beautiful, elegant Shiraz from two of Victoria's great Shiraz growing regions. Elegant and easy drinking but still with that unmistakeable Shiraz punch.
Best before
This is a drink young style of Shiraz so you can fully enjoy the jazzy freshness and bright ripe frui, so we suggest to enjoy whilst young and supple. Will aging for 5-7 years
Serving advice
Easily can be opened and drunk straight away, or will also develop if left to breathe for 30 min before consuming

Pasta with braised pork, red wine and pancetta, or spicy braised chicken with creamy polenta.

Meet the winemaker - Nina Stocker & Kate Day
Nina Stocker and Kate Day are multi award-winning winemakers whose lives have been inextricably linked since they became besties at Uni. They've since chalked up more than 30 years combined experience in some of the greatest and most historic winemaking regions on the planet in France, Italy, the US, Portugal, NZ and here in Aus.
Nina became Chief Winemaker for Catalina Sounds, Crowded House and Nanny Goat in NZ, scoring the prized Air New Zealand Trophy for Best Sauvignon Blanc. Kate was winemaker at the esteemed Willunga-100 winery in McLaren Vale when two of her wines were finalists in the prestigious Jimmy Watson Trophy. But creating a wine label together was their elusive dream.
It finally became a reality the day they knocked on the door of Naked HQ. Within minutes of trying their wines and realising what a truly formidable team these two made, the Two Pairs deal was done and dusted. And the name Two Pairs? A chance meeting at Kate’s wedding where Nina meet, and then married, the best man - Kate’s husband's identical twin brother. Thus creating... two pairs!
