- Caroline was the first female winemaker ever to win the coveted, and world famous, Jimmy Watson Trophy - the most prestigious and sought after wine award in Australia while she was paving the way for Wolf Blass. She is arguably the most awarded female winemaker in Australia.
- Caroline is joined by long time friend and wine-genius-superstar, Nigel Dolan. There is probably not a red wine Trophy in major Australian shows that Nigel’s wines have not won at least once, including the mighty Stodart Trophy three times, the Jimmy Watson Trophy twice, in addition to being named South Australian Winemaker of the Year, Barossa Winemaker of the Year and Winestate Australian Winemaker of the Year.

Caroline Dunn was the first female winemaker ever to win the world famous Jimmy Watson Trophy - the most prestigious wine award in Australia.
Oh, and then, there’s the impressive back catalogue of vintages at superstar wineries including Saltram, Annie's Lane, Brokenwood and Pepperjack… the list goes on and on.
Along the the journey, she has notched up 100 Trophies and 500 Gold medals nationally and internationally.
Based in the heart of Australia's most prolific wine region, Caroline lives and breathes wine. New world winemaking, ancient soils, premium fruit...all roads lead to an amazing treat for Angels!
Nigel Dolan’s legendary status is borne from holding Senior Winemaking positions at Chateau Tanunda, Seppeltsfield and Saltram. He has been awarded the Jimmy Watson Trophy twice - in 1992 and 2003 and there is probably not a Red wine trophy in major Australian shows that Nigel’s wines have not won at least once, including the Brisbane Wine Show’s Stodart Trophy three times! Amazing!
