About the wine
Two regions of WA are cleverly combined to create a showstopper red
- Fruit from two outstanding WA wine regions - Margaret River and Great Southern - have been cleverly woven into a complex yet beautifully balanced Cabernet by two masters of the craft.
- The classic scents of blackcurrant, mint and sage leaf mingle with forest fruits and mocha in the glass. It’s a rich and elegant red mouthful with tannins that slide gracefully across your tongue before they meet their fate.
- From the moment this wine dream team joined our merry band, their passion was to create authentic wines that are true to their variety and where they were grown. This is a stunning example of just that.

Meet the winemaker - Ralph, Paul & Rory The Companions
- Halliday awarded duo Paul Byron & Ralph Dunning have persuaded Naked Winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to join them in the sheds – and we’re so excited!
- Hailing from WA, Rory has been making wine for 15 years now, and has long been an Angel favourite, so the collaboration was a no-brainer for Paul & Ralph.
- Between them, these legends have 80 years’ experience, covering all aspects of the Aussie wine trade. With that kind of street cred, you can bet the wines won’t disappoint.
