A superbly crafted drop from the blokes that bring you the sell-out Scribe wines. This time, fruit has been selected from pristine WA vineyards and blended to characteristic perfection.

This classic blend showcases mixed red fruit with some black cherry, pepper, spice and dark chocolate. Grab a glass to lap up its concentrated fruit flavours and chewy tannins.
- This is your chance to try a premium red we wouldn’t have got hold of under normal circumstances. It’s drinking beautifully now but will easily cellar for up to 5 years.
Best before
Designed to be enjoyed in its youth, there is no need to wait to enjoy this wine. However, the patient will be rewarded for laying a few bottles down for 3-5 years.
Serving advice
Give it a bit of time to breathe, either in the glass or (ideally) in a decanter. Your palate will thank you!
Food match
It's perfect with a beef and mushroom ragu, served with pappardelle pasta. Yum!

Meet the winemaker - Ralph, Paul & Rory The Companions
- Halliday awarded duo Paul Byron & Ralph Dunning have persuaded Naked Winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to join them in the sheds – and we’re so excited!
- Hailing from WA, Rory has been making wine for 15 years now, and has long been an Angel favourite, so the collaboration was a no-brainer for Paul & Ralph.
- Between them, these legends have 80 years’ experience, covering all aspects of the Aussie wine trade. With that kind of street cred, you can bet the wines won’t disappoint.
