About the wine
100% hand-harvested Malbec grapes from Mendoza
- Enjoy a true Argentinian Malbec from the famous wine region of Mendoza. Olivia’s connections mean she can bring you a different New World wine to try!
- Grapes are vinified separately using just the wild yeast on the skins before the final blend. Each tank is tasted three times a day to check progress and tweak where necessary. The wine is then aged for 6 months in concrete (no oak).
- Intense, fruity and immensely drinkable, this wine is bursting with red fruits, strawberries, fresh plums and a hint of grapefruit. The flavors linger on the tongue and it ends in a fruity finish.

Olivia Tate is an up-and-coming third generation wine producer with a passion to do things her own way. Raised on the vineyard and immersed in the nitty gritty of wine production and promotion for the last 6 years, she’s striking out on her own.

Emiliano Secco is a talented Italian winemaker who’s been creating the good stuff in Italy and Australia since 2007. He’s been an integral part of her family’s winemaking for a few years now.
