Best before
My Rebel Riesling is delicious as a fresh, young wine, but will continue to drink well until 2027, becoming richer and fuller as it matures.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my 2021 Rebel Riesling with a light chill (say 8-10C) on a cooler evening, and straight out of the fridge or ice bucket (around 4C) when the weather is hot!
Food match
There are not too many things that I think go better with chilli, lime and coriander prawns than my Rebel Riesling – yum, yum!
ItÂ’s fabulous with aromatic Asian cuisine, such as Thai, Vietnamese or Malay.
Or enjoy with some good quality fish and chips by the seaside.
