My Rebel Riesling is delicious drinking now, and it will develop beautiful lemon butter, toasty characters if carefully cellared through to 2029.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my 2023 Rebel Riesling with a light chill (say 8-10C) on a cooler evening, and straight out of the fridge or ice bucked (around 4C) when the weather is hot!
Food match
My Rebel Riesling is very food friendly and is always a winner with seafood; or a dish from across Asia. Try it with crab cakes, a saag paneer curry, grilled fish fillets with a squeeze of lemon or a green mango salad. My Rebel Riesling is also wonderful as an aperitif.
