Liz Richardson Shiraz Viognier 2013
About the wine
.
- A brand new wine from Liz Richardson - this Shiraz Viognier is a striking wine and is sure to knock your socks off!
- The collaboration of these 2 varieties begins with mixing Shiraz grapes with a fraction of Viognier prior to fermentation. Which delivers lovely plum, white peppercorn spice and cassis.
- The tannins are softened with the addition of American Oak but don't think this isn't a big wine, it's full bodied and not one for the faint hearted.
