About the wine
Chardonnay with a twist!

Best before
This is wine best enjoyed over the next year or so to make the most of it's lovely freshness and attractive stone fruit flavours.
Serving advice
In truth the wine is probably a bit too cold directly from the fridge at 4°C. Ideally lightly chilled, say 10-12C, would be best. No need to let the wine breath. Have a drink and let the relaxation begin!
Food match
Fantastic with a simple salmon dish, try poached with salsa verde to dress it up. For something very close to home, yabbies out of the dam! Leave them in a tub of fresh water for a day. Then into ice water for about 10 minutes to put them to sleep before cooking on the barbie with some lemon salt and pepper. Delish!

Meet the winemaker - Sam Plunkett
- Winemaking legend Sam sources grapes from the family vineyard in the Strathbogie ranges of Central Victoria. Winemakers don't come much more in love with their job than him - he'd "happily spend everyday around tanks, barrels, stainless steel toys and wine".
He’s had a meteoric rise from self-taught winemaker to a multi award-winner and even has his own cellar door now! His winery was recently recognised as one of the Top 10 Dark Horse wineries in James Halliday's 2021 Awards.
