Rare Aussie bubbles - 10 years in the making!
- The Santolins have saved a small parcel of Chardonnay every vintage since they became our first winemakers in 2012. They've woven them together to create an incredibly rare sparkling wine for their 10th Anniversary as a big bubbly thank you to Angels. It's a one-off.
- It’s time to (literally) enjoy the fruits from 10 years of winemaking and say cheers to 10 more. Pop the top to revel in lively citrus fruit flavours with creamy, slightly nutty yeast characters and a soft, crisp finish.
- The sky’s the limit when it comes to the Santolins! The label depicts the exact constellation in the sky on the 1st July, 2012 - the day they launched with Naked Wines. And we think there’s a little bit of Naked magic in every sip.
Best before
Can age for 1-2 years in cellar conditions. Be sure to lay the bottle on its side to keep the tip of the cork wet and stop it from drying out, splitting and allowing oxygen into the bottle, which will ruin the wine.
Serving advice
Serve super chilled.
Food match
This may sound super crazy, but this wine pairs wonderfully with some freshly fried chicken - think Southern fried, butter milk chicken. The super crunch and oiliness from the chicken is tempered and refreshed by the crisp, effervescent palate of the wine. It's just absolutely delish! It's also a super versatile match with any pre-dinner nibbles or antipasto.
