About the wine
World class, exclusively for Angels!
- Organically farmed Pinot Noir grapes have been whipped into a drinkable adult delight. Smaller bunches and less fruit per vine has given Mike more concentrated and expressive flavours to work with.
- A medium-bodied red with layers of black fruit more than red, and a spicey violet twist. Long lasting on the tongue but not too heavy, it has amazing cellaring potential.
- Get ready to enjoy a lovely, easy drinking NZ Pinot Noir. Guaranteed to impress - why not share this lighter red with your nearest and dearest over the warmer months?
Best before
Makes sure you have a good, cool cellar, and then hide at least 3 bottles in there for 5-10 years. Don't forget they are there, and try one is 5 years time. You will be rewarded for your patience.
Serving advice
Chill a little prior to opening, and perhaps leave it for 30 minutes after opening. Try not to drink all of the bottle in the first night, and finish it off on the second night. You will be surprised just how much the wine will open up over that period.

Meet the winemaker - Stuart Pym
Stuart’s winemaking career is the stuff of legend. First bitten by the bug at his parents' little winery in Margaret River, he went on to make wines in the Yarra Valley, Geelong and Bordeaux, and study in Tuscany, Piedmonte, Burgundy, the Loire, Rioja and Priorat. So you could say he has a fair bit of experience!
He's been crafting wine in Margaret River for over 30 years now and helped put iconic wineries like Voyager Estate, Devils Lair, Stella Bella and Flowstone firmly on the map. There's nothing he loves more than growing grapes and making wine. And he's very good at it.
With the support of Naked Angels, Stuart has rediscovered his passion for hands-on production. His label, 'Hearts and Bones' tells a story of Margaret River and celebrates the Naked Angels that paved the way for him to make wine just the way he likes it.
