- This Shiraz aims to express the full bodied, rich fruit characters of the variety, but with a savouriness and complexity on the palate that makes it the type of wine you want another glass and another glass and another glass.
- Sourced from some of the oldest sites available to Jen (nearly 40 years old); these mature vineyards consistently produce concentrated fruit flavours, good colour & good fullness to the wine. Go on, treat yourself...

My Diamond Shiraz is drinking superbly now, but will develop and evolve over the next ten years to 2025.
Serving advice
Like all my 2015 reds, this is another full bodied, rich wine.
I recommend decanting my Diamond Shiraz (or opening and airing) for 3-4 hours prior to serving.
The ideal serving temperature for the wine is 16-18C.
Food match
My Diamond Shiraz will pair beautifully to rich and hearty foods, such as a lentil and vegetable shepherd's pie, or a slow cooked beef and red wine casserole. For the summer months, simply try it with your favourite cut of steak, char-grilled on the BBQ, with thick cut chips and salad.
