- Looking for an anytime, anywhere bubbles? You’ve found it! Jen Pfeiffer’s The Hero Blushing Bubbles is your versatile sparkling for any occasion you’ve got coming up these Summer holidays.
- This is Jen’s first ever Sparkling Rosé! It’s full of personality (of course!) and is refreshing and flavoursome, perfect for the festive season and beyond.
- Made from premium cool climate Pinot Noir, this bubbly is a beautiful pink blush in the glass, with irresistible strawberry and cream aromas, carried to the nose on fine, delicate bubbles. But don’t be fooled by the colour - the palate is dry and refreshing. An utter delight!
Best before
My Hero Blushing Bubbles is delicious when young and fresh, but can be matured in the bottle for two to three years to produce a fuller and rounder wine.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my Hero Blushing Bubbles chilled, straight from the fridge or ice bucket, between 4 and 8°C.
Food match
My Hero Blushing Bubbles is the perfect anytime, anywhere wine! It is an excellent aperitif, and is delicious with smoked salmon blinis, a charcuterie board or lemon ricotta stuffed zucchini flowers.
My Blushing Bubbles is also excellent with pan-fried ocean trout or a roasted cauliflower and couscous salad with Moroccan spice and pomegranate.

Meet the winemaker - Jen Pfeiffer
- With the help of funding from Naked Wines, Jen is making wines the way she wants. This is a huge win for all involved, since Jen took home the Wine Society's Young Winemaker of the Year Sommelier's Choice Award in 2009!
