About the wine
The ultimate BBQ buddy!
- Jen's Tempranillo Shiraz has a vibrant purpley red colour with dark cherry and red berries exploding from the glass followed by spicy overtones. It is rich and robust, punchy and powerful, vibrant and very, very good!!!
- This is THE perfect food wine, perfect to match with anything and everything savoury. If you like juicy reds, with rich and rounded mid-palate fruit and savoury mouth-puckering tannins, then the Rebel Tempranillo Shiraz should be at the top of your list.
- This wine offers incredible intensity, complexity and depth – a testimony to the passion and dedication of my growers, and the attention to detail given to the wines in the winery.

Jen's hint - this is delicious to drink now yet will also reward if cellared until 2025.
Serving advice
Being such an intense, young red, this Tempranillo Shiraz certainly benefits from a bit of air time. Open and decant (if possible) 2 hours prior to serving around 16-18C in winter.
Don't be afraid to chill my this baby down in summer to around 10-12C - yum!

This wine will be your ultimate buddy this BBQ season!! The savoury nature of the tannins make it perfectly suited to char-grilled meats and vegetables - try chicken or beef, with mushrooms and capsicums!

Meet the winemaker - Jen Pfeiffer
