Liz Richardson Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
About the wine
.
- A wine of considerable poise, this cabernet is gorgeous! Lovely blackcurrant, rhubarb and choc-mint aromas explode on the tongue.
- This flavoursome wine finishes with fine savoury tannin structure, persistent fruit flavours and light vanillin oak characters - in 1 word - delicious!
- In asserting this young cabernet's confidence, Liz has also blended a measure of Petit Verdot into this wine to augment it's structure and enhance the flavour.
