A must try for Summer!
- Fresh and full of flavour, this Chardonnay is a blend of both the classic and modern styles. Aromas of green apple and white peach are supported by the palate which has creaminess and toasty oak characters alongside fresh, lively citrus and stonefruit flavours.
- Each parcel of incredible Chardonnay was individually pressed, fined and fermented separately. Post ferment, the wine was carefully blended from over 20 different parcels of fruit to achieve the perfect aroma, flavour and balance.

Meet the winemaker - Liz Richardson
- Coming from a wheat and sheep property in the Great Southern region of Western Australia, Liz wanted to do something agriculture related & has now been a qualified winemaker since 2004.
- Liz's wines are made with attention to detail, passion and commitment. Liz tried to source the best fruit from the best vineyards to make a wine that is interesting and different whilst something everyone can still enjoy.
- After spending a year in Italy studying for her Masters, Liz fell in love with the lifestyle and the wines & draws a lot of passion from this time.
