Liz brings her beloved Southern Fleurieu treasure back for Angels, once again delivering incredible bang for your buck! The deep crimson wine started out as intensely flavoured grapes on low yielding Southern Fleurieu vines, harvested in the cool of the night.

Fleshy tannins give the wine great structure, while the cinnamon and vanilla notes compliment the palate. Of course, incredible juicy red berry flavours dominate and pepper spice backs up each delightful sip, typical of an outstanding quality Shiraz.
Best before
Drinking fantastically at the moment, this Shiraz will continue to improve over the next five to eight years.
Serving advice
Open up and let the wine breathe for an hour or so before drinking, or decant to speed up the breathing process. In hotter weather, try putting the wine in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes so it's not so warm and cloying.

Meet the winemaker - Liz Richardson
- Coming from a wheat and sheep property in the Great Southern region of Western Australia, Liz wanted to do something agriculture related & has now been a qualified winemaker since 2004.
- Liz's wines are made with attention to detail, passion and commitment. Liz tried to source the best fruit from the best vineyards to make a wine that is interesting and different whilst something everyone can still enjoy.
- After spending a year in Italy studying for her Masters, Liz fell in love with the lifestyle and the wines & draws a lot of passion from this time.
