About the wine
Elegant single vineyard Chablis-style white
-
This delicious alternative white is back! Sourced from a single vineyard on the Adelaide Plains & made by former Yalumba Chief Winemaker, Sorby Adams.
-
If you like Chardonnay, take this for a spin. Crisp with peach and melon, it’s Chablis in style but with more weight and ‘nuttiness’ from time on yeast lees and four months in old French oak barrels. A very elegant wine with a long finish.
-
Penfield Farm wines are made with a sustainable heart. Made by using renewable energy, recycled water and locally, sustainably made packaging. This gets the big green grapes tick from us!
Best before
I would consume now to 2026.
Serving advice
Recently bottled so no need to decant.
Food match
With the focus on flavour that reflects where the grapes are grown, Penfield Farm wines are great with farm fresh food. Semi matured goat cheese.
Contains sulphites
