About the wine
A crisp and fresh, yet rich and creamy premium Chardonnay
- We’ve only got very small volumes of this absolute corker from the classy Adelaide Hills region. The cool temperatures there are perfect for the long, slow ripening of fruit that gives the finished wine such flavour.
- Half of the wine has been barrel fermented for an extra level of freshness before blending with the rest. Pour a glass for the heady scent of creamy ripe white nectarines and apples, then enjoy the clean, crunchy flavours of pure stone fruits.
- Randal’s a bit of a genius around the Adelaide Hills. Don’t miss the opportunity to bring home this stunning piece of his handywork and support independent winemakers like him.

Serving advice
Take it out of the fridge 30min before serving, crack it open, and wait patiently for the aromas top open up.
