- This is pure, unadulterated classic no-nonsense Prosecco. There's a slice of pear, chunk of apple and spot of peach all working together in perfect fruity harmony, combined with small delicate bubbles and a wonderful long, creamy finish.

Meet the winemaker - Paolo Sacchetto
- Paolo Sacchetto is the third generation of his family to make Prosecco and despite a brief flirtation with economics in his twenties, it's what he was meant to do ever since he popped out into the world - and probably why he has earned himself the moniker, King of Prosecco.
- When you hear the phrase 'family business',this time it's not just marketing clap trap. His 78 year old father still turns up to work every day, and there's cousins and siblings working in virtually every nook and cranny of the winery his grandfather founded.
- With more than 90% of their production being Prosecco, Paolo and his crack team know exactly what they're doing, and the moment you wrap your laughing gear around a mouthful of their divine fizz, you'll be saying a little thank you to Paolo and the rest of the Sacchetto clan.
